Traffic from generative AI platforms to retail websites grew more than 1,200 percent between mid-2024 and early 2025, according to Adobe Analytics, and analysts predict that share will continue to climb as shoppers increasingly rely on AI to make purchasing decisions. The key to being included in AI search results lies in understanding how these systems “see” your business and adapting your digital strategy accordingly.Before chasing new tech trends, start with the essentials. Dan McManus, founder and president of TeamFloral, a floral marketing consultancy that specializes in SEO, said: “A current, accurate Google Business Profile is a good way to rank high in local, web search results.” He added that regularly updating photos, holiday hours, and delivery areas keeps your listing fresh.Don’t stop with Google.
